Yeah, enjoyed that one. Hirosue Ryoko plays his daughter in Oyaji as well as Otousan.

I like Antique. *raises hand* I find it funny and amusing.
I've never seen Wednesday Love Affair, but I do like Friday's Lovers, which not many people seem to like much either.
I also really liked Koi wo nan ne yasundemasuka (aka Are you in love/Dreams of Romance).

Yes, couldn't agree more.

I thought Mama no Idenshi was great. I haven't seen the other shows you've mentioned, though I've wanted to see Hagure Keiji for a while now =\
I think Antique was really creative too. My guess is that, kind of like Love Complex, the terrible subs throw people off a bit.
I also liked Oyaji. I thought it handled the characters very well. Unlike similarly themed shows which just go through the motions.

Investigator Mariko is also in its fifth season.

Maybe because I'm into cooking, I really enjoyed Antique. A friend of my family was professionally trained in Paris, like Fujiki's character, and had a patisserie in Saratoga during the 1980s and early 1990s.
The subtitles on my copy were so comically bad that I nearly fell off the couch laughing a number of times.
Plus, I think the cast of Shiina Kippei, Abe Hiroshi, Fujiki Naohito, Takizawa Hideaki, and Koyuki are extremely talented. Konishi Manami also was in one of the early episodes, but she is not credited in the Jdorama database.
