well yeah.. once in a while, there's no harm. Who knows the guy might be the one who shy to ask you out. Everything is just gambling you know..and take the risk. Dude, it's more like the opposite end of the spectrum...

The Asian women I have dated in my life have been more talkative than the Caucasian.

Of course, if you don't speak a common language, then that changes the equation.
