It aired a week or two ago.

I think it is a korean drama. Anyway, at the end the guy is mourning over the lost of his...girlfriend? He's reading a story/poem about seasons..."what happens after winter..."

The girl who passed was a runner. And at the closing the guy is on the track and he says something like "If I follow I know the gap will just become greater...but just know I will not stop running."

any ideas anyone?
