Acid Black Cherry to release new single

Acid Black Cherry has announced that he will be releasing his new single "Kuroneko ~Adult Black Cat~" on November 20.

Acid Black Cherry started his 'Shangri-la' project last month by releasing his single "Greed Greed Greed". "Kuroneko ~Adult Black Cat~" will be the second part of this project.

Aside from the title track, the single will include Acid Black Cherry's customary "recreation track". This time will be ABC's version of Matsutoya Yumi's "Seishun no Regret", which she provided for Reimy back in 1984.

The single will come in 3 different types: CD+DVD, CD-Only, and Special Price, and the limited edition DVD will come with a PV and making-of footage.

Acid Black Cherry to release first single since 'Shangri-La' project

Acid Black Cherry will release a new single on October 22.

Acid Black Cherry concluded his 1-year project 'Shangri-la' back in June at Sekisui Heim Super Arena. This will be his first single release since the project. While details have not been revealed that this time, it's known that the single will be released in 3 different versions: Limited Edition (CD+DVD), Regular Edition (CD-Only), and Special Price Edition (One song + original trading card).

Acid Black Cherry is scheduled to perform in 'a-nation stadium fes. powered by in Jelly' at Ajinomoto Stadium on August 29 and in 'Ongaku to Higetaci 2014-Rock'n Roll STADIUM-' at HARD OFF ECO Stadium Niigata on August 30. This will be his first performance at an outdoors event in about 2 years.

Acid Black Cherry to release new album 'L' in February

Acid Black Cherry has revealed some details on his upcoming album "L" that's slated for release on February 4, 2014.

"L" will be a concept album with the theme of "love". It's said to follow the story of an imaginary woman named "L" who has had many ups and downs throughout her life. The CD will contain a total of 13 tracks including his 4 singles "Greed Greed Greed", "Kuroneko ~Adult Black Cat~", "Kimi ga Inai, Ano Hi Kara...", and "INCUBUS".

The album will be available for purchase in 3 different types: CD+DVD (Project "Shangri-la" LIVE Edition), CD+DVD (Project "Shangri-la" Document Edition), and CD-Only Edition. The LIVE Edition DVD will include the entire performance from "Project Shangri-la" arena tour which was held on May 29 at Nippon Budokan. Meanwhile, the Document Edition DVD will include a documentary from his tour, an MC best collection, and PVs of his 4 singles.

Furthermore, both CD+DVD Editions will enclose a 100-page concept story book, and the First Press Edition of the CD-Only Edition will come with a 44-page photo booklet.

Acid Black Cherry to begin arena tour in September

Acid Black Cherry will begin his arena tour "Acid Black Cherry 2015 arena tour L" in September.

The tour will be held to coincide with the release of Acid Black Cherry's latest album "L". It's scheduled to kick off on September 1 at Makuhari Messe Event Hall and will wrap up on December 14 at Nippon Budokan for a total of 13 shows in 8 locations.

To commemorate with their 8th anniversary, Acid Black Cherry launched a project called "ABC Dream CUP2015". As a part of this project, he will hold free lives for 80,000 fans in July and August.
