They might be subbed somewhere in Hawaii, but I don't think that they're neccessarily shown in Hawaii...

Couldn't think of anything, so I threw in Densha Otoko. It is English subbed. Also there's a Rina Studio Park, and some Nep League (game show) stuff to fill the disc. I threw it in the mail this morning.

i'll be really surprised if they show gokusen 2 with english subtitles. I believe they showed gokusen 1 here in socal without english subtitles. I already watched gokusen 2 lol.

It now makes sense on why they do not show fujitv shows with english subtitles. That kinda sucks for the people who want to watch densha otoko in english subtitles.

I have a feeling they'll show the Hiroshima Showa 20 nen 8 Gatsu Muika
special one day.

Gokusen 2 on LA TV Station (2005-10-06 14:18:03)
KSCI 18, which aired the first season of The Gokusen back in 2003, will be airing season 2 starting October 16th at 9pm. The series will be broadcast as part of a Japanese block of Japanese broadcasting prepared by UTB. UTB has informed us that most of their dramas, including The Gokusen season 2, have English subtitles.

don't know personally...i don't really watch ksci 18 very much...with all the friekin dramas i have downloaded there's no need...i have too much stuff to watch as it is...

unless i find a compelling new drama subbed that i don't otherwise have access to, that'll probably be the case going forward....nonetheless i just wanted to share the news!
