i give up on jdorama all together ... the ratings are just too low any drama w/o shun or takuya...im not gonna watch ne~~ [and yamapi..just cuz im biases like that]

Wow... there's just so much you're gonna miss, if you pick dramas to watch just by it's ratings xD Ratings does not guarantee the quality of the drama. Not to mention, that ratings are ONLY based on the Kanto region (sometimes Kansai) and NOT the whole Japan. And there are maybe some people who has to tape the drama, coz they're not home yet when the drama was on. They watch the drama, but it cant be counted as ratings.

IMHO, low-rating dramas might have good quality instead and vice-versa. One example would be Byakuyakou, it got relatively low ratings, but it received awards for best drama, best actor, and so on.
And there might be some low-rating dramas that suits your taste, who knows~

But of course, I'm not trying to convince you or anything here, just stating my opinion that rating is really not everything^^ For me, I definitely do not pick dramas to watch by its ratings xD I pick dramas I want to watch by reading its synopsis, find out the casts, and some people's comments about it. So, I'm just a bit surprised there's someone like you who decide not to watch dramas just because they got such low ratings, hehe Mr Green
