The only almost certain gurantees for over 20 percent ratings these days are Taigas or Takuya dramas....everything else is uncertain.

well tv ratings are an objective statistical measure of what people are watching whether we agree with them or not.....i don't like everything that's highly rated nor do i hate everything that's garnered low ratings...one thing i DO KNOW.

the guy is a gurantee of healthy ratings...even his shows don't get the crazy ratings of the past like in the late 90s to around 2000...but his shows still tend to outperform most others.
