Any ideas why this is happening? |
That's weird I've have been using FF3 for a while and I haven't had that problem. I'm constantly downloading large files, i.e. J-drama eps.

I haven't had this problem either. Why do you think it's because of FF3 and not the file host?

It could be Megaupload... But I didn't see this problem with FF2.
EDIT: I get the same problem with IE.
And the problem shows up for both of my PCs...
Uh oh.

I have. The only issue I have: with my setup links open up in a new tab when I click them. However, with 3.5 I click a link and it does open up in a new tab, but when I click on the tab it turns into a new window, kinda like a popup. I have no clue why it does that.

Hmm.
Did you have a previous tab add-on running like Tab Mix Plus?

I'm using it. There is a vulnerability in 3.5 so make sure you update.
I like it, it's faster.
I don't have that tab problem though, you can choose in options regarding that, I think?

It's been out less than a month and already a vulnerability?

I'm using 3.5.1 (after updating) now and I like it. I find it faster compared to its predecessor. Pages seem to load slightly faster.

Can't access the internet running DOS 5.0... |
How many of these kids even know what DOS is, much less how to use it? I see your point about customizing; I only use a web browser for browsing, like I only use a cell phone for calls. Silly me. It's just that I've heard the argument before that FF was superior to IE because it was more stable, faster, etc. and my experience says that simply isn't true.
