Putting the tabs at the bottom fixes that, huh?
I have the tabs at the bottom and F6 works just fine.

Yeah, that's why I think they don't see the problem. To me, that's a bug. Whether the tabs are on top (which I prefer) or on bottom, pressing F6 should highlight the address bar.

For me it has been more stable. FF4 constantly crashed on me.
In terms of speed (surfing, uploading, downloading) not much of a difference.

Thanks for your input.
I'm still on FF4. I haven't had a problem crashing but I'll fathom a guess that I probably don't avail myself of many add-ons or extensions as some of you guys who most likely have more highly customized set-ups (which may lead to problems.)
Just a guess.

I haven't noticed any performance increase... But it's still better than IE.
