It's about time the Nets end their losing streak. The win against the Lakers was good......but not good enough . They could have won the game in regulation if it wasn't for the missed free throws and the offensive rebounds by the Lakers during the crucial time (lacking defensive rebounds for the Nets) . _________________
10 points in the first period! Most high school teams score more than 10 points in a period, and high school periods are only 8 minutes long!
usually good players can score that in one quarter, i remember in one game as a Piston, Isiah Thomas scored 16 points in a less than 2 min's in one game. The lakers could have used some of that kind of scoring in a hurry.
Lakers hung close to the Spurs and were down only four with a couple of minutes left, but a couple of ill-conceived plays and shots by Kobe cost them any chance.
Kobe shot 9 for 32.
The Lakes were playing better with him on the bench.

looks like they are heading to a record that is equally if not worse than last years, and this time with Phil at the helm...
Clips lost three in a row, Warriors won again, I'd say the combo of J-Richardson and B. Davis, is one of the best, among others in the league. They are now 11-6, best start since '91.
