Yeah, like the one that Amare did last year with Steve Nash. A basketball-soccer combo Mr Green . The competitors for the slam dunk contest this year isn't, well, famous Beaten . The only guys that I know is the defending champ and Andre Igoudala.

I didn't have a high expectation for this year's slam dunk contest when I saw the names of the contestants Beaten . But I'm quite satisfied with Andre Igoudala's dunk off the bounce pass on behind the backboard from Iverson. Unfortuantely, he didn't win Shake Head .

Yeah, and that guy's height is just 5-9 Bow . But I still think Andre Igoudala (the 76er guy) did better and should have won the contest.

I think his dunk was more creative.

5'9 guy just got massive hops and dunked over a former Slam Dunk Contest Champ and i think thats what got him the win Sweat

I was shocked too that he dunked over Spud Webb, but that is definately not enough to give anyone a win Shake Head Wasn't all that creative.....
Maybe if he imitated one of Jordan's dunks over Webb. That'd be insane Shocked

Beaten
But if a 5-9 guy can make a dunk from the free-throw line (which is far from possible Sweat ), they should eat their pride Beaten hehe

which is an amazing feat, cause i could barely dunk with a chair underneath the rim, and i am almost 6 feet tall...

but all said, i think until the 5'9" guy has some champion rings to show for it, MJ, Kobe bow to no one....maybe LeBron might, cause he has yet to win one.

East comes back and takes the win against the West 122-120. Lebron James wins MVP honors with 29 points.

They use to show it on NBC, regular televised all star games, this year it was on TNT cable-tv.

You do have a point there.

By the way, despite the high scoring game of this year's all-star game, I have never seen an all-star game with so much defense in it. All-star game is usually a showcase of creative dunks, layups, alley hoops, anklebreaking dribbles and fantastic passes. Of course, we saw these things too but we also saw many steals and fouls (you can see it by the number of free-throw attempts). Talking about free-throws, seems that the Shaq disease have struck the game. Some of the decent free-throw shooters in the league like Tmac and LeBron shoots below 50% from the foul line Shocked .
