True, top 3 seeds and perhaps even the 4th ones are fairly even it's the 5-8 seeds where the West has a big edge, the last 3 teams in the East wouldn't have even made the playoffs had they been in the West. _________________

#1 seed in the West had another difficult time with the Grizzlies as they upend the Spurs 91-88, any kind of better luck they could be up 3-0 in the series. _________________
