Kobe and Gasol both had bad games, but I felt the Lakers won the game as a team. They played excellent defense and had some solid support from their supporting cast. I felt it was a good game for the Lakers because everyone else was able to pick up the slack.

It was a good team effort... But it made for a scary game. Sweat

^^ The #1 and 2 seeds are in a fight in the West, in the East they're also getting a scare but both the Bulls and Heat Twisted go on the road and get a victory tonight, now both are 3-0 and look to get a nice break if they can finish off business their next game. Bow

^ The West is deeper than the East, so the top seeds have a tougher time getting past the first round.

Dang... I really really hoped the Sixers would take game three from the Heat.

Nuts. Grumble

Blazers beat the Mavs last night, 97-92. Victory! Peace!

When Mark Cuban is on the losing end of anything it's a good day. Mr Green

True, top 3 seeds and perhaps even the 4th ones are fairly even it's the 5-8 seeds where the West has a big edge, the last 3 teams in the East wouldn't have even made the playoffs had they been in the West. Nut

When I was at the ballgame yesterday we got to talking about who might buy the Dodgers and somebody said, "Mark Cuban's looking for a team." OMG

^^ Could do worse than Cuban, he's like the player who every opposing fan hates but one they wish was on their team, he wouldn't be shy about spending any green for the team in blue. Doh!
No contest tonight at MSG as the Celts bulldoze by the Knicks 113-96, hehe just some garbage time made it that close. Pierce and Allen combined for 70 points, hitting 14-19 from 3 point range, that'll normally win you many games. Victory! Peace!
And in Atlanta, Hawks take a surprising 2-1 lead over the Magic with a 88-84 win. bleh

That's true, but he's still a schmuck.... And the last thing anyone in L.A. wants is to see more of his egomaniacal mug on the tube. bleh

Lakers played a complete game. Gasol finally played a good game in this series.

^^ Guess they were due, every game could have gone either way. Cuban cannot be happy right hehe now after the Mavs let the Blazers pull off one the biggest 4th quarter comebacks ever as they erase a 23 point lead and win 84-82, Nut series now knotted a 2 games each.

Need to see a video of that. Naughty
#1 seed in the West had another difficult time with the Grizzlies as they upend the Spurs 91-88, any kind of better luck they could be up 3-0 in the series. Sweat

Be nice if the Sixers heard that and become the first team to climb out of 0-3 hole, Shake Head started on the right foot by winning at home today 86-82.
