Sumimasen....

The MFC (Musha Fried Chicken) and Parmesano Reggiano Risotto are excellent.

And there's a Musha in Santa Monica that's more posh... Sweat

Fusion?

I never thought it was such... I guess there's a couple of dishes that you'd call "fusion" like the Parmesano Reggiano Risotto and the Buta (pork) Kimchi, but other than that, no.

It's just a modern Izakaya-style restaurant. Smile

a lot of our tuna is caught on long haul fishing boats, and are flash frozen soon after they're caught. the flash freezing usually kills most parasites, so most sashimi is relatively safe now-a-days.

Hey, there's millions of the buggers hopping around here. What's the point of all that wildlife if you can't eat it? hehe

I just remembered something I saw on TV a few weeks ago that almost made me physically sick: It was some US reality show (can't remember which one), and the contestants had to eat roadkill from the "Roadkill Cafe".... crawling with maggots and all. They didn't keep it down for long Crazy

So desu.

Kodak pulled the plug on selling film in the States, leaving Fujifilm as the only major player.
