Oh. Nice. That's the top of the heap right there.
It was unlike any steak I've had before in terms of flavor and texture. Made Morton's Steakhouse feel like a Sizzler. Though I would not recommend a raw version; the intramuscular fat really needs to have some cooking to "blend" with the meat.

Yum... What kind of financing did they offer before you had the filet?
Mortgage or a kidney. I swear I heard my wallet curse my name when I ordered.

That's damn funny, but true!
I have had the good fortune of eating A5 Wagyu sourced from a number of different areas (Sendai, Matsuzaka, Saga, Miyazaki, and Kobe) and I couldn't agree more.
You must have had a delicious & memorable meal.

I've never had such high quality beef raw, as in a "tataki" dish, but I see your point.
Yesterday I ate at a vegetarian food house. I would just like to know if veggies have a benefit on our teeth? Does it make it whiter? Your response will be highly appreciated.

I don't know if veggies will necessarily make your teeth whiter but certain veggies have a high mineral content, high in magnesium, calcium, and potassium which will strengthen your teeth, insuring your teeth will remain strong and well mineralized. Kale and broccoli come to mind as examples. Kale has a higher calcium content, ounce for ounce, than milk, with less calories and other healthful nutrients such as sulfur-containing antioxidants to help prevent cancer and other degenerative diseases.

^ Hmm, I've gotta look up what A5 Wagyu is.
Just a grading system for beef, with A5 being the highest. Wagyu is also a different breed of cattle to the angus we're use to. What's unique is that the intramuscular fat melts at a lower temperature. It's almost like an M&M where it "melts in your mouth". Except in this case, rather than sugary chocolate you have pure beefy goodness. That's right, you start tasting the intense beef flavor before you start chewing. And you won't need to chew much due to how tender it is. Remember the best steak you've ever had, then imagine it exponentially juicier, tender, and intensely flavored. Of course, this is all dependant on it being cooked properly.

Oh yes. See above for my best attempt at describing how it was.
