Hmm, I guess I'm having gyoza for dinner tonight.
I was near the airport today to handle some some business so I drove down the 405 again and made a beeline for Ramen Mottainai. One of the waitresses recognizes me now.
Miso ramen + Gyoza = Win.
When you bite into their gyoza and juices spurts out the other side you know it's dayem good.

Went to this new takoyaki joint called Tacoyaki 17 located outside the Southeast Exit of Shinjuku Station. There are 17 fusion style takoyaki you can choose from hence the name. Intrigued and hungry I gave it a shot. I noticed that "American Morning" was no. 1 so I chose that. The AM consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon and ketchup topping. Being an American, my expectations were high and I knew I was in for a delight. WRONG!!!!!!! My initial reaction when I bit into one was "WTF!!!" Totally disgusting and I was actually pissed off at myself for gambling on America. I threw the ish away because it tasted like a nasty corn dog with runny scrambled eggs. I dare not try the California Breeze.
