We are a good team with the meats.
Husband puts the right amount of salt on the steaks before cooking (Im too conservative) Then I have good timing for the broiler. _________________

Wow.
It's the bacon that makes it good.

Yeah it was a very rich, flavorful soup. Very creamy. Bacon added a smokey component to the dish.

A nice hearty bowl of tonkotsu ramen would work.

I was about to say "that looks like a bowl of ramen from Santouka" because I recognize the color...and it is.
Dude you're a mind reader because I was thinking about Santouka in particular because I haven't been there in a long time.
I love their toroniku shio ramen. The pork is so tender it's criminal.
