Kula, the revolving sushi bar coming to the former home of Downtown's Takumi, is scheduled to open in Little Tokyo in January. The Downtown location will be the third Kula to take root in SoCal, following the shutter of a Santa Monica store in 2009. Kula currently serves Rowland Heights and Irvine. 333 East 2nd St.
