there are times when i will eat scrambled eggs, sausages, bagel with cream cheese, pancakes for breakfast like for 8 consecutive days. then after that it is Honey Nut Cheerios with skim milk for the next 8 days. mmm.... mmm... mmm...

i can have ramen noodles for 8 consecutive nights and then switch to having vegetable pizza for 3 consecutive nights, and then have lasagna for a couple of days. mmm. mmm. mmm.

this only happens when having a crave for those foods.
