Well, I gave up McDonalds. That doesn't mean I haven't had fast food. I have cut down on that, too. I think I may go once a month. I find that you lose a lot of weight if you don't go to those places. At about 3000 calories a value meal, it's pretty heavy... _________________

I think quiznos is rather expensive, like 6-7 bucks for a 6 inch... just cause its "toasted". Dont get me wrong, I do like their sandwiches, but they're rather pricey.. _________________

There's this avocado egg roll appetizer that (shhhhh, don't tell the waithelp) is PLENTY for a single meal; more than that, once you TRY the buggah, it's so good, you might wanna cry. And I don't usually say stuff like that.
Holy cannoli . . . I thought the 30-40 min' wait was only for the Waikiki Cheesecake Factory for some reason (and they have PLENTY seats), but I guess it's the same all over. And . . . I don't think ours' takes reservations. But, the common wisdom says, show up about 4:30pm and . . . you'll get seated right away. Anytime after 5:30pm, 'specially on the weekends and/or Fridays? You might have to wait.

Darn, been gone for a day and a half and this thread blew up to 10 pages!!!!
Anyhoos, it's prolly too late to slow this beast down, but here are the other food threads it should have been posted on (IMHO).

The Cheescake Factory is excellent...! There's one here in Redondo Beach and the only negative is the valet parking and the wait (they don't take reservations)... But the food is excellent.
My recommendation would be either the chicken and shrimp jambalaya on rice or the grilled pork chops with garlic mashed potatoes... Oishii...!
They used to have this huge slice of German chocolate cake for dessert but they stopped making it for some reason... The German chocolate cheesecake is okay, but it's not the same...
