For those SoCal heads that love sushi...I've eaten at some incredible sushi restaurants, in L.A. and elsewhere, both extremely expensive and otherwise, but the following place has been gnawing on my brain for a while...it's in Little Tokyo and it has garnered some superlative reviews..I'm set to try it in the next couple of weeks so I just wanted to share its existence with others who maybe interested.

I probably should ask this at d-addicts, but I'll try anyways.

Do you know what that Korean red paste is called? I think it's supposed to be spicy, but it isn't. It has a consistency of tomato paste.
