I think it's dumb that we have two work threads: one for complaining and one for not complaining. We should merge them and called it "Talk about Work" thread.

I thought so too. Besides, "Talk Crap" doesn't necessarily mean it's complaining anyway.. in Australia anyway, talking crap is just like making small talk etc
