I saw previews of this movie in Japan and it looked good. Has anyone seen it or knows where it is available..muahhahaha

I really want this movie. x_x Anyway, you can find the official Japanese release at CDJapan. If you're not fluent in Japanese and want English subtitles, you can find a fan-done sub on eBay. Just search for "Aoi Haru." ^^ Otherwise you can wait for the movie's release from Tartan, or so I've heard. x_x

i so wanna see this movie...when it first came out in japan me and my sis were already craving...now we're beginning to be annoyed...why does it take so much time for a j-movie to hit our videostore?

Has anyone else seen Blue Spring? It's one of my favourite films and the only other person I know who's seen it doesn't like it!! Looking out for anything starring Arai Hirofume![/b]

I have seen it couple times and like it too. Watched it again week ago since i have to write two movie reviews for one Japanese culture class im taking. Too bad im not so good writer... The soundtrack on the movie is great too btw. I havent listened much Thee michelle gun elephant otherwise but the soundtrack by them really fits to this movie. And beside The last waltz in Oldboy, Aoi haru's ending song Drop is one of the most memorable ending songs in any movie. They almost always give me the chills.

Aoi Haru is amazing! I saw it over a year ago and it's still my favourite film! The soundtrack by Thee Michelle Gun Elephant is fantastic. You can buy the DVD very cheap on Region 3

If you like the soundtrack for Blue Spring I would highly recommend listening to more Thee Michelle Gun Elelphant - they are amazing! And I totally agree - Drop is a very memorable song, especially when played over the last scene of the film
