I used to be interested in it for almost 10 years now. Every new years day I would have to be home before 5pm so I could catch it and record it. This year I could care less because there's always Youtube if I want to see a specific performance. But it's not like there's anyone that really catches my interest this year. Sad

Maybe I should watch it just for that. ZARD wasn't one of my faves, but I liked a few songs from them/her.

yeah he does look old, and skinny, and whatever happened to his hair.

i hear lots of things about this year's kouhaku. like how this is the first time after a couple of years NHK chose the right host and guests so it's gonna make super high viewers ratings.

nah, my friend threw something at his house and another friend was having a new year's gig at her cafe/bar but i decided to stay home and chill....

i don't really party anymore.....haven't for ages.
