worst case scenario is if yoiu find yourself homeless/jobless in tokyo, you can always sleep in tokyo's ueno park, where vagrants hang out. ^_^

Yeah, near Shinjiku is the best place. There are about 50 to 75 to 100 blue tarps out there during the day (depending on the weather). If things don't go well, I'm sure they'd be willing to let you into their circle and they wouldn't shun you because you're "brown." Even they haven't washed off the layers of dirt, either, that have accumulated over time.

I'm sure you'll be happy!

Good luck, okay!!"

Well in Osaka they have a great park for the homeless near Osaka castle so you would be covered if things went wrong their too.

It depends of my work and my wife ( if I have a work or a wife Sweat ).

Ok, but the crime rate is still low if you compare to Los Angeles...
I think I would feel really safer in Tokyo than in Los Angeles or Paris...

At one point I lived not too far from Neyagawa, where that happened. And actually my gf taught at shougakkou close to that incident as well. It's not any indication of the type of area it is, it is a fairly safe crimefree area.
