I don't know in which airport you wanna depart but I just picked Brussels cause I always pick Brussels. So I had a look what it would cost to go in October, one way flight:

I don't know which one he took, but the allege killer John Mark Karr know how to travel. For his trip home from Bangkok, he was served courses of fried king prawns, roast duck, champagne, beer and wine. _________________

He took Thai Airlines. That fool should have been in the cargo area, not business class.
