hey, glad to be back.

edit: actually the earthquake hit Japan the very next morning on Monday 10:13am, i left 5:30pm on Sunday. I guess the epic center was around Niigata, Japan and it was a big one at 6.8

also, left during the typhoon/tropical storm was about to hit Tokyo area. They actually cancelled about, i'd say 25% of their flights, fortunately they were on schedule for the flight i was on.

ok, i got pictures to sort thru and i will post some shortly. Bonk

Hi qilver,

Glad to hear that you got back home safely. Especially with all of the severe weather conditions that happened in Japan recently. I look forward to seeing your pics. Smile

P.S. In the past when I returned home from Japan I would go back to work the very next day and then if I was really tired I would leave work a little early. I tried to fool my body back into Long Island time as quickly as possible. hehe It is good to know that you are slowly re-setting your body clock back to CA time. Victory! Peace!

lol hehe
well...not that many, about 1/10 of that.....totally just over 600 pictures, of which i am developing and picking up my 275 pictures.

well, i am lucky that i didn't miss my departure flight, as about 25% of other flights were either delayed or cancelled due to the impeding tropical storm(downgrading from Typhoon). The earthquake which was centered in Niigati, Japan, quite a distance from Tokyo, was felt there as well, occurred the very next day after i left. I only found out about it after i arrived back in LA. Fortunately i didn't notice any earthquakes while visiting.

hi enna,

good to be back, although i miss Japan, (not the tremors, the rainy weather-typhoon). I am already thinking of another visit for 2008, Summer. I am still a bit tired and adjusting, but i think i should be ok for work for Tuesday, although i am tempted to call in sick, and extend my vacation another day, i'll have to wait and see how i feel.
ok, i got some photos to pick up from costco, and some photos to upload/post on here, stay tuned. Bonk

ok, here are some that i resized, uploaded and now posting one by one...they are going to start to trickle in, as i post more and more little by little. When i find more time, i will upload more, and update my Japan weblog since i just came back from another visit to Japan.

starting off are the beloved Kiosks that have everything at convenience, ok most things that will help the weary traveler, your drinks, food-snacks, manga, and other magazines and etc...

Ok, those are three pictures to start off my '07 trip to Japan, more to follow.
