I hate to say it but I think KimuTaku was the originator of this trend though he's beefed up his image more recently.

I thought he looked like a burlesque woman....large, in costume, and curvacious. I wonder why anybody was looking at Kimura Takuya, Tokiwa Takako, or Koyuki with such an heavenly beauty such as him.
