Are there currently any japanese dramas released on BluRay? Or are there any being planned for release soon?

I am asking because I love my 1080p HDTV and my PS3 plays BluRay movies, but I cannot find any of my favorite Kimura Takuya drama's on BluRay.

Is there a website that sells these dramas on BluRay?
