Osashiburi ne Mixxu xhan

Da Pump is cool, I saw they did this really great song on HHHMC, but I haven't heard too much of them. Favorite hip hop song, the opening to Dear Boys the anime, awesome song, lyrics are cool, sorta corny, but just to listen its an awesome song, and it is near impossible to learn.

"Feeling Good ~It's Paradise~" By Da Pump is one of my favorite songs

Da pump ka Arigato na Bamboo kun I'll check this one

so wait im not really familiar with DA PUMP, since when are they jhiphop?

They're not J-Hip-hop that much but someone mentioned them. Some songs like the one I mentioned have rap verses in them though.

Hey Davey, I just sent you an e-mail so check that out. If not then I'll talk to you here.

Suga Shikao is a freaking fantastic singer. I love all his songs. His work in Seikei Bijin was great. Does anyone know where I can find that theme song or download Suga Shikao songs? Can't find them anywhere.

I've gotten a PV or two of his by using Soulseek (file-sharing program). Check out this site to download it. www.slsknet.org/ If you join the Japanese Music Room, there are a ton of people there and you can ask if anyone has his songs. Someone is bound to have something there :] I hope this helps.

Thanks a lot.

I actually found it on SingingFish, although the quality's not so high, .

The name of the song is Asymmetry not Unchained Melody, the record in JDorama was wrong - NOTE TO MODERATOR

The MTV Video Music Awards Japan (VMAJ) 2004, held late May at Tokyo Bay NK Hall, was an international star-studded ceremony, attended by many artists at the forefront of today's music scenes at home and abroad.

And this year's VMAJ delivered its share of surprises -- with special appearances by Ozzy Osbourne and Janet Jackson. Although there were no wardrobe malfunctions this time, the two superstars blew the minds of the 7,000-odd lucky invited MTV viewers in the hall.

The ceremony began with a lively performance by UK hard rock band The Darkness. Rap queen Missy Elliott, who rocked the house with her groundbreaking video song "Pass That Dutch," won the Best Video of the Year. A radiant Elliott thanked her fans in Japan, "I wouldn't have been here without you all."

The Best Album of the Year went to flamboyant hip-hop duo Outkast, whose mega-hit album "Speakerboxxx / The Love Below" previously won this year's Grammy for best album.
The duo members Andre 3000 and Big Boi, who are also successful individually, entertained the audience with their solo songs, which was their first live performance since the Grammy awards.

One of the surprises of the night was an entrance by Ozzy Osbourne. The MTV reality show "The Osbournes," which has revealed the unexpectedly lovable character of the hard rock legend and his family, has been also popular with Japanese fans. Ozzy's wife Sharon, daughter Kelly and son Jack, who paraded down the red carpet prior to the ceremony, kept his appearance a secret until the moment.

When Kelly shouted, "Dad, why don't you come out?" Ozzy appeared from the center of the stage and brought the house down. Presented by The Darkness, he received the Legend Award and shared his joy with his family members.

Another unforgettable moment for the audience was a surprise live performance by Janet Jackson. Amidst thunderous cheers from the fans, she sang "All Nite," a dance tune from her latest album "Damita Jo." She received a trophy for the Inspiration Award, presented by Japanese pop singer Namie Amuro, who is a longtime admirer of Jackson.

The ceremony came to a climax with a closing performance by cutting-edge rock band N.E.R.D. While the band was playing their smash hit "She Wants to Move," most of the crowd jumped out of their seats in enthusiasm. The band's frontman Pharrell Williams, who won this year's Best Male Video with his solo song featuring rapper Jay-z "Frontin'," is the hottest heartthrob among the Japanese dance-club goers. Also in the clothing business, Williams is a role model for many young Japanese guys who have a fetish for street fashion brands.

Japan's reigning queen of pop Ayumi Hamasaki received three awards for Best Female Video, Best Pop Video and Best Live Performance. Hamasaki, clad in a sexy black kimono-like dress, performed her rocky number "Because of You."

Namie Amuro, who recently returned from her successful tour in Taiwan and Korea, garnered two awards for Best R&B Video and Best "buzzAsia" from Japan.
