hehe probably not given that she spent the time with me hehe hehe

Actually I always wonder how many big names show up to these events. I think it's great and all that MTV Japan awards is combining both American and Japanese music but personally I would really like to see them ditch the american singers and get some more big Japanese names. It is the japanese mtv awards isn't it? Off the top of my head I can name a bunch of artist who should have won something and didn't.

PostPosted: Wed Aug 25, 2004 4:45 am    Post subject: La.La.La. Love song - Do you like this song? Reply with quote Back to top

Hi everyone,

Did you enjoy the theme song "La La La Love Song" by Kubota Toshinobu (with Naomi Campbell) from the drama series "Long Vacation" or other hits by him?

Well, I'll be interviewing Kubota-san very soon and I'm looking for several fans around the world to be part of my fan section of the interview.

If you are interested, I will need:

- A photo of yourself (please no very small photos or avatars) that will be used in the article.
- Full Name
- City/State/Province/Country

And answer the following questions:

1. What is your favorite song by Kubota Toshinobu?
2. How big of a fan were you of his song "La.La.La Love Song"
3. What you would like to say to Toshi?

Please e-mail your submissions to me at: [email protected] by September 14th.

Take care,

Dennis A. Amith (kndy)

hHAHAHA!!! You know what? Mr.ChoyBoi gets the "hit it right on the head" remark of the day! That's THE best way to describe this song. Snappy beat, you're taken in once you find out the back' vox is done by Naomi (at least that's what the DJ mentioned when I first heard this song) . . . it's a happy-joy-joy song and all. Exactly, exactly. Hhahaha. Colorful ("fruity," hahaha), but a solid tune when it's all said and done.

Hey, kndy-nt2099 . . . not trying to be on your panel (with all due respect, of course), but, you should ask Toshinobu how he feels about Hirai Ken. Ask 'im if he's gonna' do another English album (I actually have his effort from 2000 . . . forget the name of the album, "For Your Love" or something? No? If I recall, the last song on the album is penned by Diane Warren [not too sure, though, because the writer of the song is actually credited simply to a "Warren"]; and ask him what the heck that song Pu Pu is supposed to be about [I KNOW it ain't about appetizers from Hawai'i; but, that's another story]). Ask 'im what he thinks Utada's chances are for her English-album effort.

I don't understand anything in the song but I can say how it sounds for me.
For me it's a very good music for the end of the movies, i'd like to hear something like that each time i leave the cinema.
I sounds sad and disco, but really not boring. He has a good voice.
Good music, but don't worth to buy it. I think it's good to have it with when you buy the movie, and to hear it and watch the drama who go with.
7/10
