I saw Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy this morning in a bid to escape the freezing confines of my domicile.

Good movie, especially if you care for films with an actual plot. Cold War espionage film based on the 1974 British spy novel by John le Carré.

I've read and heard a lot of good reviews for that film... Something to check out during my Christmas break. Victory! Peace!

Yeah I felt comfortable that it would at least be a decent film given all the good reviews. It's worth checking out in my opinion.

Very Bourne-sque. Safe House starring Denzel Washington, Feb 2012.

Saw the trailer for this film a few weeks ago when I saw J. Edgar... Looks intense.

Yeah! That's exactly the word that came to mind when I saw the trailer myself.

Hehe. Ridley Scott usually cranks out good movies, so it's worth keeping tabs on this one.

True, though I didn't have much interest in his last few films... Sweat

^ Good show. Victory! Peace!

Action was well-paced, several plot twists, some very cool gadgets and cars (BMW i8), and the scenes involving the tower in Dubai were knee-weakening... Maybe even more so, if one were to see it in IMAX.

Worth seeing again... A solid 9/10, IMO. Victory! Peace!

The BMW and MI CMs seem to be interchangeable. There've been times I thought I was watching a cm for the movie and it was for the car and vice-versa. Confused

The merging of product placement, CM, and movie.

Saw The Whistleblower with Rachel Weisz. A good thriller but a sad reminder of the world we live in. Sweat
