Wow, I'm shocked!! Didn't see this coming!!

Tiger Woods, wife divorce

PANAMA CITY, Fla. – Tiger Woods and his wife officially divorced Monday, nine months after his middle-of-the-night car crash outside his home set off shocking revelations that golf's biggest star had been cheating on his wife.

The divorce was filed in Bay County Circuit Court in the Florida Panhandle. The couple had married in October 2004 in Barbados and have two children, 3 and 1.

"We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future," they said in a statement released by attorneys. "While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us."

Terms of the divorce were not released, except that they will "share parenting" of their 3-year-old daughter, Sam, and 19-month-old son, Charlie

What a way to go........... Shake Head Shocked

Cops: Calif doctor gets stuck in chimney, dies
(AP)

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A doctor involved in an "on-again, off-again" relationship apparently tried to force her way into her boyfriend's home by sliding down the chimney, police said Tuesday. Her decomposing body was found there three days later.

Dr. Jacquelyn Kotarac, 49, first tried to get into the house with a shovel, then climbed a ladder to the roof last Wednesday night, removed the chimney cap and slid feet first down the flue, Bakersfield police Sgt. Mary DeGeare said.

While she was trying to break in, the man she was pursuing escaped unnoticed from another exit "to avoid a confrontation," authorities said.

DeGeare said the two were in an "on-again, off-again" relationship.

The man's identity was not revealed by police, but the man who resides in the home is William Moodie, 58.

"She made an unbelievable error in judgment and nobody understands why, and unfortunately she's passed away," Moodie told The Associated Press. "She had her issues — she had her demons — but I never lost my respect for her."

Reached by telephone, Moodie did not dispute the police's characterization of his relationship with Kotarac. He would not comment on the circumstances that led to her death, saying it was more important to focus on the good she did in life.

Moodie, who runs an engineering consulting firm, said Kotarac was a superb internist who often provided service and medication free of charge to her patients.

Kotarac apparently died in the chimney, but her body was not discovered until a house-sitter noticed a stench and fluids coming from the fireplace Saturday, according to a police statement. The house-sitter and her son investigated with a flashlight and found Kotarac dead, wedged about two feet above the top of the interior fireplace opening.

Firefighters spent five hours late Saturday dismantling the chimney and flue from outside the home to extract Kotarac's body, DeGeare said.

Officials said Kotarac's office staff reported her missing two days prior when she failed to show for work. Her car and belongings remained near the man's house.

A cause of death has not been determined, and an autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday. Foul play is not suspected, though investigators have been looking into the incident as suspicious.

Speaking of incredibly stupid:

Lohan in jail after failed drug test

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - There were no tears, no last-minute pleading and no lecture from a judge warning Lindsay Lohan she was facing serious consequences for her latest misstep in a 3-year-old drug and drunken driving case.

Instead, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox on Friday sent a simple and stern message to the troubled actress — she was going to jail for nearly a month as promised for failing a drug test.

When Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley asked to argue that bail should be set, Fox's reply was simple: "Nope."

Bailiffs closed in and Lohan stood up. Her estranged father, Michael, said "Oh God," as she was handcuffed and solemnly led from the courtroom.

Within moments Lohan was stripped of her designer high-heel shoes and jewelry and on her way to the county women's jail, where she will be held in an isolation unit. Her mother, Dina, carried the items in a clear plastic bag from the courtroom after the hearing.

Lohan is due back in court on Oct. 22, when Fox will formally determine whether she violated her probation and will spell out her sentence

Her attorney is already filing a writ of appeal. The spoiled may remain spoiled if she successfully wins her appeal allowing her to post bail. She is a straight up crack-f*ckin'-head.

US WEEKLY is reporting that allegedly when she posted her mea culpa about failing her drug test on twitter that Lindsay Blohan was guzzling down whiskey and cokes and laughing about what to write in her tweet to make it sound good and contrite.

Stay tuned...
