Well if you watched the news and read the newspaper maybe you'd learn something other than being on my case all the time.

I think he is probably guilty of something, although the kid they have questioned already maybe isn't the best witness. If he is guilty, I don't believe it's because he is a bad evil person, just that he is very, very f*cked in the head.

I'll go along with that. I don't think he's like those predatory sicko pedophiles we hear about on the news, but in his mind he doesn't think he's doing anything wrong... And that's bad.

Well, for the record I think Michael is a great and legendary artist. I don't really know if he did molest those children. I hope he didn't because that's just awful. However, his personality, activities, fame, and fortune make him very vulnerable to these accusations.

In my opinion, his family life growing up was extremely dysfunctional. His father was strict, controlling, and abusive. Plus, his career started very very early, so I don't think he got much of a chance to just be a kid. So, I think later as an adult, he started to identify with and want to be with children, because he never got the chance to be one. He'd befriend them probably because he didn't have much of that when he was their age. He'd entertain them and give them chances most kids don't have, like, having an amusement park on his estate to play on whenever they wanted and the like O__o With all that money he has and the ability to hire people to do absolutely everything for him, sure, he has much more of a chance to relive his childhood in comparison to the average joe. But, I still think he's an odd character. I think as he grew up, his age sorta went backwards.

Once his teenage years hit, he started to get a bit odd. He was what you could call an original, but he also had some extreme self-esteem and self-image issues that kept going on and on until now, and they won't go away, I bet. He's had so many plastic surgeries and his looks changed a great deal. He put pressure on himself and never thought he looked good, but he also had pressure to maintain an image as a musical icon. I think in a way he was rebelling too, against his father and what he was expected to be (no way would his dad think he should look the way he does, lol).

I think many of these issues resulted in his possible lack of interest in women. Sure, he was married twice, but I think the first one was for shock value and attention, while the next one was for that and having had children with the lady. I'm not saying he's gay, I just don't think he has interest in women or men at all. I'm not saying he's definitely a sicko pedophile either, but his lack of heterosexual relationship stability feeds into the media circus surrounding this court case. People would think "Hmm, he doesn't like women, he befriends little boys and has been accused of molestation. Ah! That's it, he's a pedo!". I'm not saying he couldn't be a pedo, but his lifestyle doesn't help build his profile for defense. I think somewhere in his adult life, he became unable to strictly define the line that should not be crossed. If he didn't molest those children (he very well may have), he at least slightly crossed the line that average functional adults would not. Either way I don't really think his relationships and closeness to children was so healthy and wholesome, I think it was kinda abnormal because I don't think he played an adult role.

He's been accused of this in the past as well, and he settled out of court by paying a large sum of money. That could be taken by some people as a way to cover up guilt. People might wonder why he didn't pursue the case as he is now. So, not going through the case and being proven innocent doesn't really help him now because there's that possible doubt. But, that also makes him vulnerable to more accusations afterwards, so there's doubt on that side too.

In summary, yes, I think he's psychologically dysfunctional, which is not his fault. He's also a weird guy in general, I'd go as far as to say he's abnormal, even for a celebrity. But he is vulnerable to accusations like this whether he did it or not. With celebrity criminal cases like these and with so much media involvement, it's very hard not to be biased. So all we can do is wait and see how it turns out and see all of the evidence. I'm trying not to decide whether I think he did it or not, but whether he did or not, he has some issues stemming from long ago.

Yeah, definately NOT guilty Smile

I only read a few articles about it during the trial, hard not to miss it, but it sure seemed to me that the prosecution had a lousy case, and they knew it. I think they were wrong to bring that case and spend all the taxpayers money when they had such a lousy case.
