Well, the conspiracy charge was, I thought, dead in the water from the very beginning. The molestation charge and the giving alcohol to a minor could have gone either way. You set yourself up by allowing kids to sleep in the same bed. But to say it happened beyond a reasonable doubt was stretching it based on what I've been hearing in the media.

Shake Head Amazing. Money buys the big time lawyers. The big time lawyers shape the media coverage. And the media coverage has people saying things like... well, he's just a big kid, and the people who accused him of doing something wrong were just after money. Right.

Well, from what I read about this case, I had serious doubts about the charges, and the motives of the accusers. So I'd vote for not guilty.

Yeah, I noticed that when I looked back, so I edited it. I didn't want people to think I thought the guy was not guilty.

I think the problem is the "prove beyond a reasonable doubt." There's no doubt in my mind that questionable things occurred, but to what extent? I don't know. You have to admit the prosecution witnesses definitely didn't help their cause.

yeah i was watchin bbc/cnn ... they also said .. that in such cases the responsibility is with the prosecution to prove their case more than the defense to turn it

and well as we all know now ... the so callled victims family was hardly reliable at all.

From Michael owns words. What is wrong with a grown man (over 40) who wants to share his bed with little boys. He is guilty as hell. Jacko is quilty as hell. This will not be the last time we here of Jacko molestiing little boys.

I sure would not let my kids go over to Neverland and see Jacko. This is my opinion and I am sticking to it. Use to be a big fan of his but not anymore.

I think MJ is as strange as can be. And talented as well.

I feel the poor freak is the ultimate target for every skanky blackmailer around.

I also think he is totally asexual which means a resounding:

NOT GUILTY from me!!

My guess is that we wont see anyomer allegations. Basically, because I think that he might become a... ... I can't even say it... forgive me! He might become a reclusive individual and shun the rest of the world by saying, "look what you did to me, how could you? You're never gonna hear from me again!"
Which would mean I'll never get to go to neverland! It's not fair! Puppy Dog Eyes

Let's hope that he doesn't though.. Yey! w00t!

Let's have three cheers for Mikey!

Hip hip...

Horaaaay!
