OK folks. The solution, at least to my problem, is here (thanks Reuben).
Note that ffdshow has a sourceforge project page with my 06/17/02 version as well as an "alpha" 05/23/03 version. I don't know if the 2003 version will work or why they do not have a link to the newest version on their project page. Strange.
Apparently episode 10 uses the xvid codec and some of the older ffdshow filters have problems with it. My ffdshow was from 06/17/02. If your codec is that old you will have to update it before you can play this one. The older version issue seems to be just a coincidence.

I find ffdshow to be pretty buggy. I recommend you uninstall ffdshow, and just install the latest xvid codec.

FYI.
The latest ffdshow coddec is dated April 24, 2004. Works really good but the mepg1/mpeg2 is still under development so no postprocessing for that. I remember that there used to be a version with a working mpeg1/mpeg2 support but i have forgotten waht it was. If anyone know what it is, pls let me know. I got a couple of mpeg I wanna rewatch with postprocessing/sharpening/levels turned ON.

Yes, it seems so.

Just saw my GF off at the airpot, she's flying JAL to Narita and then on to Bangkok.
At the airport, a van full (~12 ladies) of ANA flight attendants waltzed passed me in those uniforms, all with the same pieces of luggage. Yep, same uniform just like in Good Luck.
Let's put it this way... these ladies gave Kuroki Hitomi and Uchiyama Rina a LOT of competition...
Fly the Friendly Skies,

Wow....been many months
Well, this drama is pretty exciting I think.
It flows smoothly and I think its great to see how each character interacts and slowly gets along with one another.
I read some comments on how some say they like Shibasaki Kou better in Orange Days and doesn't like her in this one. I on the other hand like her character Guess I prefer the type that are straightforward and speaks their mind.
From watching this.....I wonder if Kou and Rina get along or not in real life _________________

i dont know about normally, but they do often fight over me using pillows when they're over at my place...
though they're very embarrased to admit it, if you asked them, im sure they'll deny it.

I bet you have that problem often, Krim.
Beautiful women insisting on pillow fights at your house.
They should just admit it and get it over with! _________________
