Realtor?

A lot of them are dumb. But I give much respect to the ones who know their stuff. The others (dumb ones) are only there for the money and don't know shit about real estate. Some of those pricks can't even read a HUD-1. Rolling eyes hehe

Amen aho Applaud. I see that you feel my pain....or at least you've felt it before hehe.

Yes sir. I work in escrow so I see it everyday.

Some of these lenders are dumb too. Just now I got a request to open escrow on a refinance however, the lender didn't even indicate what the loan amount will be. Hello?

And you sir, do you work in escrow too? Or are you a lender?

I've seen those boards (actually for GMA Pinoy TV). Somehow I don't think the mods are around that much. I've seen plenty of flaming going on and no one to stop it. Shake Head Smack!

Edit: I just read you are a mod for igma. I don't know if you are a mod for GMA Pinoy TV as well. If you are, please set some of those people straight. Half of the posts I read are just personal attacks. Shake Head

Pretty damn incredible.

I figured the people would be safe, but I was surprised that the landing gear didn't collapse, considering the angle of the wheels...

It's a Airbus!

Speaking of that it had hydraulics so it would not collapse, just not hydraulics to turn the wheel stright.

I woulda thought the hydraulics are there to open and retract the wheels, not support the plane if the wheel is crooked.

Good strong landing gear, I guess.

But damn lucky, too.

They run on a 2nd system for that Smile (I love planes)

I used to be friends with a pilot, too bad I was not able to go flying with him.

Still at the office.

Now I'm auditing closed escrow files.......

In 20+ years, this is the first time this company is having people actually audit closed files. And lucky me, I get the honor. Beaten
