Blame blame blame. I had no idea that some Canadians were just like us here in Los Angeles . Always figured you were in some far-off fairyland where everyone was ultra polite with a French accent. And rain to boot... .wish we could get some rain. |
There's always the sour few in every group. We're currently trying to get our fairy godmother to rid us of such evils.
LOL! French accents?! I dropped french after I had all the credits for it I needed in highschool.

Unfortunately, and sadly, I'm an honest person. Tho I'm pretty sure the lady who hit me the first time will try something like that. She was trying to convince the cop that it was my fault. Of course, the cop saw right through that and backed me up completely. |
The responsibility is ALWAYS on the driver behind to be paying attention to whats going on ahead of him. She hasn't got a legal leg to stand on.

That's what the cop said. He ended up giving her a ticket for driving too close. I don't get why people shy away from taking responsibility for their actions. O well.
I think I'll watch some Last Christmas to help me relax. _________________

They usually do that when they're guilty.

Good to see another lifter here!
Got a new batch of DVD's of TV shows from Japan. We're watching one of the current favorite karaoke songs. Yamashita is on it singing the theme song to Kurosagi.

I hate cardio.
Heavy weights, 6 reps max (per set) for me.

funny you should say, i prefer cardio...my longest run was 1 hr 40 min, just over 8 miles.
heavy weights would take a toll on me...but i do not neglect the weights as it is vital to the body to be both strong and in shape in cardio.

Running 8 miles is a heck of a long way. That's cool!

yeah, but it was on the treadmill...outside would be tougher, and add some slight incline...that would be a challenge to maintain the time and pace of running.
for me, a long run would someday be a 2hr run, maybe 12 miles or more. i think that would take extensive training and dedication...

looks like the ominous 666 again.
watching Nobody Knows, great film starring Yagira Yuuya (Best Actor at Canne Film Festival in 2004 or 2005) and he's so young too, it's pretty sad - almost to the extent of grave of the fireflies
edit: truly a tragic story - beautifully and heartwrenchingly told _________________

Man, 12 miles!?!? That would take a lot of training and dedication. Probably like Marine Corps Recon School. Twelve 10 minute miles is hardcore.
