fo real.....the science behind his ish isn't junk it's just his mark up is ridiculous. if there is anything he recommends that you wanna try...i'll be glad to help you try to find a good, high quality cheaper source.


as with the asthaxanthin....the research is highly compelling but his product is ridiculously expensive.

i urge you to try the vitamin C too....seriously. i'm not saying it's a miracle...but given your interests/health concerns (cardiovascular health/pain/inflammation...it will help you.

yeah...since i don't drink 10 cups of green tea a day...i figured my supplementation w/ EGCG is a good thing...cost wise...the supplements cost only about 1 dollar a day...a small price to pay for such protection, in my opinion.
