Gotta have faith in your team, unless they're the Niners Sweat

They just gave up two more runs, now it's 9-5.

Wanna rephrase that comment? bleh

They're not gonna pull the same thing they did against the Padres and tie the game with four straight home runs in the bottom of the ninth...

That would be something cool, hunh! Did you look at the pages on how to get tickets and how to get to the venue? 6800 Yen appeared to be the lowest price for a normal show. More if you want a better seat or if it's a "Graduation" performance. The scene looked pretty cool and the spectacle of the event was something never seen before. Nice to have the DVD's at least. Going to bring some in for co-workers on Monday.

yeah.....i would consider buying tickets to MM/H!P concert...i am so into them, and would pay a premium for better seats, etc...
I hopefully will be going to Japan this coming Summer.....definitely to give it a try, and see them in concert, or atleast visit the Hello Project stores in Japan. Bonk Fingers crossed

That's one thing that was genuinely hard to grasp at first. How can this material be available for download? Shortly after Aya's "Best of" CD hit the shelf, Pony Canyon allowed Yahoo!Japan to stream the "full quality" tracks. And the Hello Project website appears to be official. It does allow torrenting.

But the explanation given was that the material in Japan has a very short shelf life and that everything is tied together. Movies, music, television, insurance, beverages, cosmetics, etc. By giving stuff away, it helps other aspects of the performers/promoters/sponsors business.

Guess it's a different mindset. They know they aren't going to get royalties even 1 year down the road. What else was said that, "If it's old, it's not wanted." There are plenty of pretty girls waiting at the chance to be the next super-star. The business model encourages proliferation of the material.

Heard that it's very difficult to get tickets for the top acts in Japan. The demand is just too high. Best thing might be to have a friend in Japan get you the tickets the minute they go on sale. Or maybe if you could write directly to H!P ticket sales, they might think it's cool that someone from the USA is planning a trip around the performance and sell directly to you as a nice gesture.

i do have a pen pal in Nagoya, Japan, that could help me on that...but not sure if she would be busy at the time....i guess i could have her find out how to get tickets to MM concert, if they were in concert during Summer '07.....that's a start i guess. Bonk Sweat

What might be scary is that as rabid as the fans appear to be, they might camp out days in advance in the waiting line to get tickets. And then the scalpers snap up those tickets quickly too.

Has anyone (from the USA) on the H!P forums ever seen a performance? Maybe they know the ins-and-outs of securing a most valuable experience.
