The October magazines Japan are starting to trickle in: picked up one at Asahiya today. w00t!

went to Kino yesterday, didn't find anything on Nana or ryoko, but did get a j-idol type magazine/tabloid magazine with one of the girls from Ganbatte Ikimasshoi on the cover, and a Hobby Japan magazine.
yeah should be a good visit to asahiya for you? and maybe Sanseido bookstore later in the week for me again. Bonk

Just woke up and now I have to do laundry.
Thinking about getting a haircut today too. We'll see if I can finish all of my errands in time first.

oh, ok. full load of classes then. what are the times of those two classes? and your thursday class? 12 units this quarter/semester?
I am sure you will pick up on a lot from your japanese class. I remember, i almost added a Japanese class at the local community college, only sat in on the first day, they had two foreign exch. students from Japan, a boy and a girl, helping out with the class and the sensei. due to my schedule, i didn't add it...maybe in the future. For now, learning on my own from some books.

Friday, your class time is less for each class, makes for a nicer Friday. But, you got to be there at 8am, brutal....super early, i had some college classes that started at 8am, that was tough, i needed to get to campus super early, alteast the parking after the few weeks or so, wasn't too bad after awhile, being that early in the morning.
learning Japanese is tough on your own, i think i have only did that one day last week, and it was for 2 hours....1 for each book, Hiragana/Katakana character writing, and the J-grammar book, both are tough. So, i have to try to do study some more this week, and keep myself accountable, don't have to worry about that with school, cause you have to go to class. hehe Thumbsup

Speaking of that i'm looking to get a used Nikon D1 or D1h

2.5Lb just for the camera alone Bonk

nice camera, is that the kit lens you have there?
and i'm guessing you're looking for the speed/iso boost in the d1h/d1

i have a eos 300D, but recently, i keep thinking to myself i should have bought the D70 instead

and pff, 2.5Lb is nothing compare to 30Lb of gears i carry to the field including the 4x5 view camera i use for class Bonk
