I don't know how people can get up early and exercise then go to work... Sweat

I'd rather do it after work and get out my frustrations from the day's insanity.

I used to go to the gym at 6:30am before I went to work. It was really great! I had energy throughout the day and when I came home I was tired enough to sleep before 11pm hehehe. My only complaint about going to the gym at that time is that the parking lot was filled to the rafters having so many people thinking of going to the gym at the same time. It was madness.

After work, sometimes I wanted to just go home and slip into a dorama-coma. Hehehehe.

OT: Preparing my itinerary for the day.

LOL.

I get home after work and get into exercise mode almost immediately, else I'd put it off completely. Sweat
