Speaking of strange things to be seen. My husband was in the men room at our favorite Japanese restaurant and an Asian man, about in his thirties, nicely dressed walks in and washes his hand before he uses the head. My husband was quite impressed with these extreme measures for cleanliness attributing them to his being Asian, except then the guy was finished and walked out with out washing them again.
