I noticed that title on Crunchy. I'm busy watching the horror series Another. It's pretty freakly.

still wondering if i should attend a Kabuki play. A bunch of Kabuki actors is in town and this time, the play comes with subtitles. Haven't attended one.......the last time I attempted at Noh play, it was a disaster on my eyes, and my wallet as well.

Has anyone of you attended a Kabuki play?

While waiting for the rain to stop and prevent the Indian Wells tennis match final
yesterday and part of today, I watched some final of the Spring Sumo Wrestling in Osaka.
I don't quite see how those men do what they do. How can they be so light on their feet and quick with the movements? They are so huge and heavy. I know overweight people can be amazingly light with ballroom dancing, but this is wrestling and very athletic. They all have some very tricky moves at times.

Started the three part mini-series "Carlos" about the famed terrorist of the same name, Carlos the Jackal. It's pretty dayem sweet. I saw it on Netflix. You should check to see if it's on Amazon Prime. It's a French flick with subs but the characters converse in at least four different languages.

That guy went all out in that episode. Makes a whole Costco sized bag of Kettle chips look downright healthy.

A couple of bowls or ramen and some momofuku fried chicken sounds like a happy ending.

Chang confessed that he like Chicken Nuggets, which brought about derision from Bourdain, "Aw man, that's low!"

Bourdain, on the other hand, confessed that he liked the "Nuclear Orange" Mac 'n' Cheese at KFC. rofl

When I attended the sumo wrestling in Osaka last week, the thing that surprised me is the smaller ones tend to be stronger. A friend - native to Japan - said the MOST sumo's only have 10% body fat. I'm pretty convinced I don't believe him, but when you see the wrestlers fight, it is quite evident that they pack a lot of muscle underneath it all.
