I use the term phobia loosely. I don't think I actually have a phobia (other than public washrooms, which is a real phobia I have). It's more the fact that I gag (literally) when I see a spider near me. I can't stand photos/videos of them. Not just spiders. Basically anything with multiple legs. I know they're important. I know house spiders are completely harmless and actually eat the insects that bite us in the night.
But still.

Well, I wont post pics of our favorites then.
And Public Restrooms should freak out anyone with any common sense. Its almost impossible to never touch anything.
REminds me of a time a friend and I were stuck in the LAdies room at a nice restaurant as we waited for someone to push open the door and let us out. We laughed alot but we didnt touch that handle.

Yea, I literally hold it until I get home from work. Which means I don't go from 7:00am to about 6:00pm.

In most cases that's a rare luxury. _________________

No, but I do drink a lot of tea...
If I really have to go, I usually take someone with me in case I get a panic attack or something. This past year I've gone about twice during the day, and someone's been with me both times.
I'm getting better! It'll just take time. _________________
