just finished watching the raw version of the last episode of 1 litre of tears, it was a great series, and wonderul acting by the cast, esp. of course by Erika Sawajiri.
just relaxing after my long run. I suppose running does involve discipline and endurance. I ran today and felt good about my run, and it was just one of those days where i wanted to go as long as i could run, i pushed myself to run further, and my legs will be a bit sore, but i'd say it was worth it. It helps keep me going, something to build on and keep me in shape, even during the holidays. not to show off or anything, cause they're plenty of runners out there that will run farther and faster than me any day, and by no means do i consider myself a fast runner or even a good one. But i think i can say that i ran well today, for 1 hour, about a little over 5 miles, which doesn't happen to often. Perhaps i should run another short race in the new year.
