$635 a night? What are they offering for that price? Any extra perks? Confused

*edit* I checked their wine cellar and let's just say they don't have wine in box. You can have chopper services and various other stuff too. Smile

Yes it is magnificent! You will have to forgive me for my question. When I am in Japan I am used to sharing my living space with many other people in a Buddhist lodging Temple called a Bo, and only a couple of nights in a hotel. So I meant no offense. I hope you enjoy your stay at that luxury ryokan. Victory! Peace!

Offended? Don't worry, I wasn't offended. Sorry to have made you think that way. Puppy Dog Eyes

Buddhist lodging Temple... that sounds interesting. You can meet a lot of people there. Smile
The problem is, I'm not sure if I can afford it. Maybe a night or 2 just to experience it and then go back to my dump or a bench park somewhere in Tokyo. hehe

Sure, but you won't need to pull a rickshaw. Smile If only I had the time to go for a few weeks...

No you didn't make me feel that way at all. I just felt I had overstepped my bounds by questioning where you wanted to stay. Life is short you might as well enjoy it!!! Big Grin

Each time I have stayed at a Bo has been an interesting experience. I always say that there are no coincidences in life, so I enjoy seeeing who I will wind up sleeping next to. We each sleep on a futon in a tatami mat room. On my last trip this past May, I stayed in a room that only accommodated 8 women. I have also stayed in one of the rooms in a Bo that accommodated 250 women in one room. I was hoping for mostly non-snorers on that trip! hehe
