First, therapy, then localized steroid injections, then finally surgery, if all else fails.

I sure hope therapy and/or the injections work. Sweat

anything intrusive....(under the knife) is always an uncomfortable, undesirable choice, I do hope the therapy, injections work for you...best of luck and let us know...

what caused it all? Head Scratch

i myself and still recovering from this ankle sprain, the swelling has gone down, mostly, and the strength is returning to my ankle... Applaud

Most likely weak lower back muscles and age.

Disc-related problems start to show around 30 and beyond according to the doctor...

Hopefully the therapy will stretch out my spine and reduce the compression on those problem discs...

my date tonight is with the computer, and some paperwork(school admissions to sort thru, and contemplate with) Puppy Dog Eyes

when my ankle gets better, we can meet up at Mitsuwa and go check out the checkout girl you are referring to, and get some lunch there...I like that curry place there. and another trip to Asahiya next time.
