see you have 6 MBit down AND up...that's why you can burn thru those YSI links
most ppl have asymmetrical speeds...a faster downstream and a slower upstream.
you're definitely in rarified air with those speeds...i would say most cable users average 3MBit
this is one of the only reasons why i love this school... prolly the only reason. no just kidding. err or am i.
anyway... since i am so lucky to have this speed, i am glad to share the jdorama love with others who are not as fortunate as me. however, i think i should be putting my time to other uses.. like... sleeping and studying...
okie dokies, im out! gotta wake up in like 5 hours anyway

OK...Finally watched the last epi. It was alright. My only complain (well, actually more like 2) is that,
Click on button to reveal/hide spoiler:
During the TOJ contest, what's with the contestant wearing their school uniform when performing the talent? I mean even in a 'real' beauty contest event, they'd wear a more appropriate costume to compliment their performance. Ballet in school uniform? Doing acrobatics in school uniform too? What the?
And one more thing is that I thought Ayano was studying in London . Shouldn't her English as in the pronounciation should be top class? Cos I think that her English (or shall I say Engrish) is rather the same level as Tsukushi and she's only studying in Japan!!
And that message in the end, "see you soon!" does that means that they'll be having a second part or its just some gimmic?

about that girl, Ayano...
i thought the part of her that mattered the most was how she looked and acted in japanese...so i don't think they had time to be technical and look around for a pretty actress who was fluent in both japanese and english...
about the last message...
i don't think it's a literal term...i couldn't catch what they were saying...but my korean translation said "we'll be waiting (for you to buy DVD?)"
haha i don't know~

I so totally agree with you about
Click on button to reveal/hide spoiler:
Ayano's Engrish. I would have thot that she would have spoken much better English than that considering the fact that she has, supposedly, lived and studied in London for years. Her English wasn't much better than Tsukushi's.

Well, I do admit that she's pretty and do looked like a socialite but don't you think that if she could at least able to speak fluently (or at least a little better than any of them), the whole Ayano image would be almost perfect. I'm not descrimanating but I just feel that I'm sure there's someone who's better off as Ayano than that girl. So, no offence there.

well truthfully ~
i didn't really care about her because she's not even a side character (she was only on there fore 2 episodes..dakara)
her inability to speak english didn't particularly bother me.
But sure...technically, if she was supposed to be studying in london, her english should be better. But it wasn't...and i say...oh well
i have to say that...asian english accents are so weird.

This is way off-topic : But I really hate who they chose to play Cho in Harry Potter....
Anyways, I still haven't seen Episode 9. It says it's gonna take another 4 hours.

So sorry for being off-thread but just had to say that the girl who played Cho is from Glasgow which might explain her weird accent...not that she spoke much anyway. Why there was so much hype abt who would be playing that role...I don't know.
Have watched ep9 with chinese subs but still waiting for english subs.

Thats totally not true ~ it's a bad thought-out rumour, because Rupert (aka Ron) & Daniel (aka Harry) don't even go to the same school....& they both go to only boys schools anyway.
@ gemplee - I auditioned for her part (even though I'm not asian ) ... and it was & is ment to be a BIG role, so yeah, I found it wierd that you don't see her much in the film ~ but we might see her more in the next film.
Well, back on topic: My download has only got 30mins left! Man, I can't wait to watch it tonite. It doesn't bother me that I don't know much Japanese, I'll still be able to get the jist of it.
