stoopid mistake on the spoiler tags.......newbies....well, they have to learn about the spoiler tags for next time. we should give them the benefit of the doubt cause they are new, let's just hope this doesnt happen again.
I can't believe the heartache I felt when this was over! You might say, "Get a life!" Well, I have a wonderful life, actually! But I will miss HYD, nevertheless!

Did Tsukushi's rival in the TOJ contest win fair and square--or did Domyouji's mom pay off a judge or 2? What did Domyoji's rival (Ayano, I think her name is) say to Dom's mom after the contest? I could see she was talking about Dom and Makino. And why did Dom yell at Tsukushi at the airport? Was he worried about her safety?

gemplee: Heh, I wanted to auditioned for the role of Cho Chang even though I think JKR had probably envisioned her to be Chinese (I'm Laotian and Thai) and I don't even live in the UK. The main reason for me was that she's HARRY POTTER's love interest and she's Asian and it would be just so awesome to be involved in any way with the Harry Potter world (I don't really know how to articulate my feelings on this ). And I think why it was such a huge deal with the fans is because a lot of girls think that Daniel Radcliffe is hot, and for some DanRad and Harry Potter are the one and the same and so if they landed the coveted role of the Golden Boys' love interest, then it's like they have won the position of Dan's crush (or something along those lines >.>).

I watched it for the second time yesterday, and my cousin bawled her eyes out during the kiss/sunset scene.
Good luck to those taking exams/finals! At my high school, seniors with six or less absences, at least one 93 in the class for a six weeks, and a 90 semester average can be exempt from that class. I was exempt from all my classes (unfortunately, except for for my first period class, AP Calculus ). So my winter break actually began after the first period exams last Wednesday.

My thoughts on the last episode are as follows.
1. Rui is really slow.
2. Cringe worthy parts are present
3. Jun doesn't have a nice ass.
4. Fuschia pink is not a color meant for anybody.
5. Mao Inoue is just pretty. Her teeth are amazingly perfect.

@ gemplee - I auditioned for her part (even though I'm not asian ) ... and it was & is ment to be a BIG role, so yeah, I found it wierd that you don't see her much in the film ~ but we might see her more in the next film.

I speak english fluently as well...cuz i have lived in america since i was four...and being around asian parents i know asian accents in english(american style)...
but i've never heard the asian accent in the ENGLISH accent it was a kinda freaky and cool experience for me haha~

Ayano won fair and square, but Makino got a SPECIAL award of 100 million yen.
And Ayano says to Domyoji's mom that she now knows why Domyoji likes Makino after being in the contest with her. She says that as Tsukasa's fiance she should listen to her.
And yes~ Domyoji yells at makino~ how stupid she was (if i can remember correctly)...and the line that i liked was: Domyoji said "You fell for me"...and Makino says yes XD
I loved the whole last scene of them two talking and hugging and...of course kissing

i have been pissed for the past day or two....was d/l both eps 8 and 9 but stupid OPTUS cable internet capped me coz i went over the limit!!
now im on modem speed with abt 2kb/s need to wait until january!!! arghhh no HyD for another 2-3 days...in the meantime....all the spoilers here are keeping me accompanied!!!
