hmm.. if you are looking for tear-jerker dorama there's a lot such as summer-snow, engine and others but it is obvious that 1litreoftears are the ultimate tear-jerker ever _________________
that drama is no where near as good as 1 litre of tears.. watch it recently i still don't understand what's all the hype surounding this drama.. _________________
Yea, but it's not about the crying at all. You shouldn't say that it's the best "tear-jerker" because that's beside the point. The drama is good for so many more reasons. For the acting, for the plot/storyline, for the portrayal of such pain and love, for the message, etc.
Yesh, it makes everyone cry, but this drama is grand because it's so real. Lets not forget that. _________________

I think in using the term "best tear jerker", at least for me, implies that the story was so emotional and touching that that emotion pours over into the person watching it. And being the "best" of those, means that the story is such because it has the qualities that makes for that heartfelt emotion... better than any other drama.
I think that has very much to do with the point.
I can praise many of the things that surround the emotions... the little details and such which have been talked about for many pages now... but I chose to focus on the point of how I reacted after watching this. And it made me cry, a lot. And for me, that's a big deal. _________________

i heard that theres gonna be a special for this drama coming out in april.
about haruto being a doctor and tells a patient about aya's life
any info on that?
here's the article on oricon style march 07 that contains information about the one litre of tears special.

and some more news.
apparently it's a 3 hour special shown on 5th april. The story takes place half a year after aya died. some scenes of aya before her death so sawajiri erika will be involved in the sp too nishikido ryo should be playing a big role in this special since the sp will be about him *as a neurologist* and Aya's sister trying to encourage a 14-year old girl not to give up on life.

Sugoi, sounds awesome! I love that they're going into the future a bit to explore the happenings of those Aya left behind. _________________
